Filippo Tincolini received third prize in the inaugural ARTinGENIO Museum Prize (2021). His marble sculpture “Inflatable” was recognized for addressing environmental pollution. Established to support innovation in contemporary art, the ARTinGENIO Museum highlights emerging voices while fostering dialogue between art, science, and civic culture.

Held during the UN Climate Conference COP27, A Vision of Earth: manere et fluere took place at the Embassy of Egypt in Rome. The exhibition featured works by fifteen artists, including Filippo Tincolini, addressing climate change through natural and recycled materials. Referencing Egypt and ancient Rome, the show focused on issues such as desertification, floods, and melting glaciers.

The 2025 Biennale del Gattopardo, was part of Agrigento’s Italian Capital of Culture events. Filippo Tincolini was among 15 international artists invited to visually interpret Sicilian and global literary masterpieces. Titled Masterpieces to Read and See, the exhibition explored the dialogue between art and literature.

Filippo Tincolini’s Human Connections opened across key public sites in Pietrasanta, Italy, including Piazza Duomo, Piazza Carducci, the Sant’Agostino complex, and the Marina di Pietrasanta pier. The exhibition examined how human connections shape and are shaped by public spaces, presenting sculptures that respond to the city’s historic landmarks and waterfront.

Un Corpo di Segni – Symbols, Sacredness, Knowledge was held at Italy’s Museo de la Grafica, a 16th-century residence turned civic museum recognized for its collection of modern and contemporary graphic works. Here, Tincolini presented “Hand of Justice,” a sculpture that draws on Leonardo’s “Salvator Mundi” and the Marvel iconography of Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet.

Filippo Tincolini’s “Black Gold” was shown in Renegotiation, a contemporary art exhibition at Cimetière des Rois, a storied cemetery and civic landmark in Geneva, Switzerland. Tincolini’s crumpled oil drums, carved from Carrara marble, stood as life-sized monuments to the contradictions of a fossil-fueled age.
