Celebrating Strength and Elegance: A Tribute for Women’s History Month

In honor of Women’s History Month, The Core Art Gallery presents Fragments, a duo of paintings by the artist Ramona Russu that celebrate the resilience, strength, and grace of women throughout history. These works capture the timeless elegance of the female form while reflecting the inner power and individuality of every woman.

The bold silhouettes, one in luminous cobalt blue, the other in soft, radiant white emerge from backgrounds of gilded gold, symbolizing both the richness of women’s contributions to society and the light they bring into the world. Each texture, crack, and layered detail tells a story of perseverance, identity, and beauty, echoing the voices of women across generations who have shaped culture, art, and history.

By presenting these works side by side, the gallery invites reflection on the diversity of female experiences and the universal strength that connects them. This exhibition is not only an artistic celebration but a reminder to honor, uplift, and amplify women’s stories every day.
